- To reserve an airline ticket or a ticket for another mode of transport
- To rent a car or hire a taxi
- To reserve a table at a restaurant or admission to a club
- To send something via courier or by post

- To reserve tickets to cultural events (theatre, museum, etc.)

For cyclists
The area around Ústí nad Labem is criss-crossed with cycling paths. Kilometres of paths await in the beautiful Central Bohemian Highlands. Race the wind through the Elbe valley. And if you don't have your two-wheeled darling, or you just didn't have any way to transport it, we'll be happy to arrange bike/electric bike rental for you. The highest hill will no longer be a problem for you.
- We will store your bike safely in a special room.
- We can provide a map with cycling routes in the area at reception.
- If anything happens, we have basic equipment for repairing the bike ready. You just have to borrow it.
- There is also a good bike service shop nearby. They are open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.
