The BENADA RESTAURANT concept

is based on our experience with food, which is prepared by our restaurants chefs based on traditional Czech gastronomy in a modern style with a touch of International cuisine and the requirements of a healthy diet. On each restaurant menu you can find local specialties and also enjoy seasonal culinary experiences from the gastronomy calendar.  A team of Chefs prepare regular monthly themed events focusing on specialties prepared from seasonal ingredients with high regard to modern gastronomy trends and with an emphasis on freshness, seasonality and locality.

April will herald specialties in lamb. Come to welcome the Easter with us, the second most celebrated holiday of the year, a symbol of spring, rebirth and from a culinary point of view the first days of fresh vegetables and herbs. May will then follow with all sorts of variations of the favourite asparagus. Asparagus is very suitable for developing a healthy diet, whether you eat it as a side dish, in salads, soups or as a separate delicious dish. June will be blushing with the arrival of fresh Czech strawberries. Strawberries provide a feast rich in vitamins, minerals and fibre and we will prepare some mouth-watering desserts from this favourite fruit. However, if you are looking forward to enjoying delicious dumplings, they will definitely not be left out. The food in Benada restaurants can be washed down exclusively with Pilsner beer and grape lovers can choose from five Moravian wines served by the glass.

Czech gastronomic history bears similarities to the German, Austrian and in the case of goulash with Hungarian cuisine, so Benada restaurants promise a return to traditional Czech tastes. The menu includes  roasted duck from Vodnany served with varieties of dumplings and sauerkraut or fried veal escalope with a light potato and cucumber salad.

Our gastronomy masters are also preparing for you an experience of recipes “Benada signature food & drink”, which you can find in each Benada restaurant. Chefs combine some Czech cuisine with modern elements in new and unusual variations, for example: you can enjoy grilled chicken breast stuffed with prawns and sprouts and served with baked mash potatoes. We place the highest demands on food quality, so all our dishes are 100­­­% domestically produced.
